Hi I have a 3 bedroom new build semi at the start of Whitfield just up from Douglas, it has 2 big rooms and a smaller box room. Has a large living room and kitchen a small utility room (where washing machine is plumbed to) also 2 big bathrooms 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. House is all cream with wooden flooring in all rooms but carpet on stairs. Has double glazing, central heating and fitted shower. Have a big back garden and front is the drive. The street I'm on only has a small number of houses and is very very quiet but does have the number 17/15 bus go past. Also 2 mins across from the new built balumbie school. Only looking to move as all my family are from Douglas. Looking for a 3 bed semi new build in Douglas. No other areas thanks.
